Don’t go back to sleep

‘Don’t Go Back to Sleep
The breeze at dawn has secrets to tell you.
Don’t go back to sleep.
You must ask for what you really want.
Don’t go back to sleep.
People are going back and forth across the doorsill
where the two worlds touch.
The door is round and open.
Don’t go back to sleep.”

  1. Ohhh, how lovely, Bill! This is my favorite time of day, and this passage captures its mysterious efflorescence beautifully….

Morning has always been my time of the day. I still get up around 3:30 and am in the office by 5:30. It’s amazing how much more productive I am at that time of the day. I really like the passage as well. Take care Lori
