Silence of the moment

“I abandon all that I think I am,
All that I hope to be,
All that I believe I possess.
I let go of the past.
I withdrawal my grasping hand from the future.
And in the great silence of the moment,
I alertly rest my soul.”
~ Howard Thurman

Surely there’s nothing to let go of the past. Trying to have good friends and trying to understand nice hearts I love. It is all what we want. If you can help a person for their good heart and understand them it is all what we need. If that is not there there is nothing one can do. It is better to let go.
