  1. Such profound thoughts- the importance of listening to that ‘inner voice’ cannot be underestimated because it always speaks the truth.Thanks for sharing such kindness- sometimes it helps when we repeatedly hear the same things from other people.

    1. To me, it seems we are constantly bombarded with the voices and thoughts or others and really can’t take the necessary time to listed to our own inner voice. As a result, we end up in an irrational circle of thinking that seldom helps with our inner challenges of depression and anxiety.
